The St. Joseph Hospital is a multi-specialty Hospital in Porur, Chennai, India. It is a specialty hospital in the field of joint replacement surgeries, Interventional Cardiology , orthopaedics and trauma. Founded by Rev. Fr. Dr. J.E. Arulraj , the hospital was established in July 1999. The hospital has 100 beds and employs 17 physicians. The hospital receives nearly 50 foreign patients every year, contributing 25 percent of the hospital's patients. In 1999, the Hospital was established at Nandambakkam. Later it was shifted to Poonamallee in the year 2002. Also had Satellite Clinics in Chettipedu, Chembarambakkam and Palanchur. In the year 2012, St. Joseph Hospital was shifted to Porur on Mount Poonamallee Road. In the year 2017, a Satellite Clinic was started in Karambakkam, Chennai in order to cater the health facilities in that region.
