As a non-profit member based organization, we are responsible for building awareness and an urge to visit Revelstoke to help generate revenue for local businesses. The Trans Canada Highway at Revelstoke’s door provides easy access west to Vancouver and east to Calgary. Our winter sports are the cream of the crop; boasting the most skiable vertical in North America at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, world class Snowmobile trails blanketed with an average snowfall of 40-60 feet per year, 25+ km of groomed Nordic trails, easy access to the best backcountry touring experience on earth, and is the world's mecca for helicopter and cat ski/snowboard operations. As the summer heat pushes the snow to the summits, our high alpine jewels are revealed. Adventures abound in the surrounding mountain ranges; with hiking explorations in Mount Revelstoke and Glacier National Park, easy access to world famous alpine mountain biking trails, a dirt biking network that keeps on growing, lazy afternoons on Lake Revelstoke, and a Championship Golf Course that borders the Columbia River. Revelstoke is one of the most up and coming vibrant cities in British Columbia.
