HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) is a membership organization comprised of Greater Washington DC metropolitan area senior HR professionals, learning organization executives and organizational leaders responsible for managing human talent. Our members know that their organizations’ success is increasingly dependent upon the management of talent, knowledge and diversity. These individuals are often so immersed in the business affairs of their organizations that they have little time available to insure their own continued professional growth. HRLF provides that opportunity. Members learn from subject matter experts through formal programs and network with other senior-level colleagues in different organizations working on the same talent management and organization issues. Thus, HRLF members stay current with human resource trends and developments and can apply what has been learned in their own workplaces. What Educational Programs Does HRLF Offer?
