Our Beliefs We believe that every family is strengthened when they are part of a fun, loving and healthy Tribe. We believe each family brings a unique perspective and contribution that enriches the Tribe in a profound way. We believe in learning to learn, learning to do, and learning to be. We believe in a closely connected Tribe of lifelong learners. We believe in economic, political, and religious freedom. Our Educational Philosophy We believe that: Each child develops and learns at their own pace, in their own way. Even in very young children, independent thinking, autonomy and ownership of the learning process can be seeded. Fostering curiosity, providing fun challenges and asking interesting questions (rather than giving answers) are more important than structured “curriculum” and activities. Cultivating a Growth Mindset, healthy habits, social play and self-management are more important than “academic achievement” in the pre-K years. Our Economic Model We believe play-based, child-driven learning environments built by our Tribe families will deliver transformational early childhood education at a cost all families can afford.
