Glow founder and MD is Ian Golding, an impact and performance expert who has been delivering exceptional communication skills training around the UK & across Europe for the last 11 years. Ian has worked with some of Europe’s most established brands including Lloyds Bank, Aon, Google and Saatchi & Saatchi as well as a wealth of smaller organisations, SMEs and business professionals. His 1-to-1 Executive Coaching experience includes business people of all levels, including senior managers and C-level directors at John Laing Construction, Zurich Insurance, Lloyds Bank amongst others. We have expertise across the whole range of communication skills subjects including personal impact, presentation skills & public speaking, leadership impact, sales impact (face to face and phone), team building, and resilience for female executives and we offer classroom training for up to 10 delegates, 1-to-1 coaching, seminars for up to 50 delegates and conference energisers for up to 500!
