SCARPIDIS is a New York based multidisciplinary design firm fusing architectural, interior, furniture, lighting design and art into one bespoke experience thoughtfully crafted around our clients’ needs and desires. We are a collaborative studio that makes our clients’ dreams come true. We specialize in high end luxury residences while keeping within our clients’ budgets. Upon request we also take on special boutique commercial projects. Some of our recently completed projects include an Upper West Side pied-a-terre for clients living in London, the headquarters of a modeling agency on 5th avenue and a 4,000sf Tribeca loft which was fully renovated all the way down to accessories. Our firm received one of ten Honorable mentions out of over 5,000 entries on an international competition for the 2013 Venice Biennial. Our entry on the Venice Biennale competition entitled Dissonance Dell ‘Acqua for a floating pavilion in front of Piazza San Marco which incorporated a museum, a gallery and a library. Currently we are working on several luxury loft and penthouse renovations in Tribeca, Soho, Flatiron and the West Village.
