The World Water Polo Coaches Association is organized to elevate the profession of coaching worldwide and to promote the sport of Water Polo around the globe. The WWPCA develops global high standards of excellence and professionalism for coaches through numerous means including increasing education of coaches by delivering leading information on coaching methods, cutting edge and relevant information on sports, science and medicine as well as legal information. The WWPCA will also represent coaches as a group with international bodies and work to protect coaches through one strong unified voice for coaches worldwide. Of equal importance, the WWPCA will provide networking opportunities with coaches from around the world and mentoring from some of the world’s most successful coaches. The WWPCA will not only work with coaches in countries that have well developed water polo programs, but it will work in those those countries and areas that have under developed water polo programs to elevate the standards of coaching and the sport of water polo globally.
