In 1964 Noel and Janet Nation set up Oaktree Park in Weston Super Mare, the park specialised in residential homes for the retired & semi retired market. The park proved a great success and the company continued to grow. Oaktree Parks now has four residential parks and two holiday parks. Some years later their daughters Rachel & Catherine joined the family business and created the company Acorn Parks, which focused on growing the holiday parks aspect of the business.
