Our team has many years of experience working on projects across a wide range of project sectors including real estate, power, oil and gas, offshore and ship building, transportation, IT and defence projects, providing advice in relation to projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Yendall Hunter is headquartered in London, with a team spread across the globe. A significant part of the work of Yendall Hunter relates to the provision of expert witness services in formal disputes between parties involved in the development of capital projects, many of which may end up in litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. Yendall Hunter provides independent advice and assistance to parties throughout the dispute resolution process, up to and including the provision of testimony as independent expert witnesses at hearings.
