Search Light Inc. is a community organisation committed to empowering young people to experience and contribute to, as many life opportunities as possible. Our programs and activities are targeted at improving educational outcomes for children and young people and promoting positive family functioning. We work directly with two community access schools, Carinity Education – Southside in Sunnybank and Hymba Yumba in Springfield providing support for students and their families. Our key activity is the management of the Search Light Early Learning Centre. Situated on campus at Carinity Education - Southside the Centre provides early childhood education, childcare and family support services to students and other young mothers in the community, enabling them to engage in employment or learning opportunities.
