CDS is an independent Ukrainian think tank which joins the efforts of leading Ukrainian and international experts to assist in: • solving Ukraine’s most pressing security and defence issues • developing relevant strategies and capabilities • promoting key reforms Оur mission: CDS positively impacts the development of the security situation in Ukraine and the region.
