The Park Health Club is a health and fitness centre, with a country club feel. Set within 40 acres of countryside in Hook, the club offers a social centre of personal well being for those interested in further improving their health and fitness in a fun, motivational and supportive environment. Facilities include the fitness centre, changing rooms, 1 km running track and a grade II listed barn studio. The studio offers a comprehensive range of classes for the beginner through to the experienced. The Farmhouse at The Park includes a Kaeso furnished health and beauty centre as well as Spirals Hair Salon. Our Mission: To promote a social place of well being attracting all whist creating an environment that facilitates the latest training trends and methods whilst delivering an excellent customer experience.
