Flying Dutchman Spirits (Eden Prairie, Minnesota) crafts artisan spirits inspired from flavors around the world. Our small batch production pays homage to the traditions of the original spirit. Much like the legendary ghost ship of the same name, Flying Dutchman Spirits perpetually searches for new tastes and flavors. Our initial slate of four spirits are all familiar yet delivered with a twist. Rare in the spirits business, Flying Dutchman is a “grain to glass” operation. We mash, ferment, distill, blend and bottle.
