WHAT WE DO: VDZ Academy supports training and continuing education in publishing houses in order to make sure that the skills and knowledge of staff adapt to the changing market. In doing so, VDZ Academy devises its training programmes and educational offers in cooperation with national and international experienced media and publishing professionals. This enables us to identify future growth areas, trends and developments at an early stage and to integrate them in our programme that is consistently updated. WHERE WE COME FROM: VDZ Academy was founded in 1993 by VDZ Verband Deutscher Zeitschriftenverleger (Association of German Magazine Publishers). It is headquartered at Haus der Presse in Berlin. Our events and courses take place in Germany’s most important media and publishing centres such as Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf or Leipzig or in Europe, Asia and America.
