Cats Protection is a wonderful, large and understated charity, with an inspiring cause, friendly culture and positive reputation. Formed in 1927, Cats Protection has grown to become the UK's leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2018 we helped around 184,000 cats and kittens, an average of 500 per day. We find suitable homes for cats, provide an array of cat care information via our publications and National Information line and promote the benefits of neutering for a happier pet.
