Harbour Trust holds an Unrestricted Trust Company License and is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA”). Each of the directors provided by Harbour are also registered with CIMA under the Cayman Islands’ Director Registration and Licensing Law, 2014. The Harbour team has extensive knowledge and industry experience across a wide variety of fund structures and strategies. In addition to their time spent serving as directors of fund products, all members of management have spent a significant number of years specialising in various aspects of the funds industry, including experience working in Big 4 accounting firms, the largest fund administration firms, and operational due diligence. Members of our management team are respected leaders in the Cayman Islands funds industry, serving on the executive of key industry associations such as Cayman Finance, Help for Children, the Cayman Islands Directors’ Association, 100 Women in Finance, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Association (CAIA) Cayman Islands Chapter.
