The company was founded in early 2012 and is managed by Kristofor Durrschmidt and Taron Millet. Kris and Taron have worked together in the past on many world class handheld action titles while employed with Griptonite Games. These titles include The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night GBA, Assassin's Creed: Discovery and very recently, Shinobi for the Nintendo 3DS. They are now trying their hand at developing original content, starting with a PC action game tentatively titled "Völgarr the Viking".
