Revisionist is a production company comprised of filmmakers who converge to create commercials, music videos, documentaries, and online content. Based in Hartford, CT, the key to our success lies in our connections with local cultural organizations and community artists, granting us a strategic advantage in discovering and telling stories that are otherwise overlooked and forgotten. Our main goal is to breathe life back into Connecticut communities through decentralizing art. We support and work alongside individual artists and non-profit organizations that seek to share their own stories--stories that speak to heritage, safety, and change within our neighborhoods. Our talented team is determined to project voices within our community to ensure that art and filmmaking remain true, powerful, and in the hands of the people. Our past work includes projects with the Connecticut Education Association, the Wadsworth Atheneum, the Mary and Eliza Freeman Center, and more.
