The Czech company ZLIN AIRCRAFT a. s. continues the tradition of the Zlínská Letecká company, founded in 1934 by Tomas Bata. Since then, thousands of aircraft have been produced in the factory at Otrokovice. The company specializes in the production of aerobatic training aircraft, and multi-purpose aircraft which are mainly for military and government use. Zlin offers the two-seat aerobatic Z 242L aircraft, and the two to four-seat model Z 143LSi aircraft.
