Additionally, Hispania has a portfolio of 24 office buildings in Madrid and Barcelona and a development where 2 new office buildings are being developed. In total Hispania has more than 180,000sqm of leasable area. Lastly Hispania has a residential portfolio of 5 buildings in Madrid and Barcelona, which is currently being disposed in a retail sale manner. In Hispania, all investments are carried out under the highest criteria of profitability, integrity, transparency, and sustainability. A way of doing which allows us to innovate and go beyond. We model the opportunities we find, creating value and obtaining optimal results. Hispania has been a pioneer in investing in the hotel resort market in Spain acquiring high cash generating assets with low risk profile. Hispania aims to generate higher returns than average through dividend payments, NAV appreciation and distribution of all proceeds linked to asset sales. On November 8, 2018 and following the instructions given by the General Shareholders' Meeting, the Company has signed the three asset management agreements with (i) HI Partners Holdco Value Added, S.A.U. for the hotel portfolio, (ii) Rivoli Offices Management, S.L. for the portfolio of offices and (iii) Fidere Residencial, S.L.U. for the residential portfolio, in the main terms presented and approved by the aforementioned General Shareholders' Meeting.
