Every business tries to proclaim that they are different. This emanates from a genuine interest in helping people, which is why we frequently find ourselves equal part counsellor and strategic career adviser. We have never lusted after being a “Big” business, preferring to bring a more personable, consultative, empathetic approach to our work. We like to think we bring head and heart, to those who value it. You cannot be in small business for the length of time that we have and not nurture long term relationships.
