Individuals can reach out to me in my online academy at https://www.postdoctransformation.com/collections?category=professorship Didactic coordinators can reach out to me to learn more about my services for their lecturers (up to 10 participants per group): 1) Onsite: I begin with coaching the lecturers towards an authentic & individual didactic concept based on evidences from neuroscience & psychology. 2) Onsite: I train the lecturers to set-up & create content for state-of-the art classroom response systems & gamification apps, so that they are ready to start their semesters. 3) Virtual: I phase out my services by remote coaching within that given semester (at the start, in the middle and after the exams) so that they become digitally savvy across their lecturing supply chain and see the increased learning outcomes and joy of their students.
