Barnbrook Software was established in 2013. We currently supply the AIP Building Control software to approximately 20-25% of the CIC registered Approved Inspectors across England and Wales with a growing customer base. We continually receive excellent feedback from our customers and other Approved Inspectors regarding our system and have helped a number of Approved Inspectors migrate from other software or in-house systems as well as those implementing software for the first time. With no extra fees for software updates, our customers have the reassurance that they will continuously receive new features and updates without any additional expense. Unlike many other alternatives which may be plugins or screen modifications of basic features on third party generic platforms, Barnbrook software's AIP Building Control software has been specifically designed and written by Barnbrook Software from the ground up for use by Building Control Approved Inspectors. We have developed the Approved Inspector Professional, (AIP), Building Control software and database specifically for Approved Inspectors, using our extensive experience and understanding of the processes and legislation. Unlike many software suppliers, we get to know our customers and actively engage with them, encouraging feedback which is then included, where possible, in the regular updates. Our user support is friendly and will address the requirements of all users, no matter the level of their technical knowledge or ability. We always react quickly to any changes to the Approved Documents or legislation and we make sure that our customers always have the facility to meet the requirements of the CIC and the legislation.
