Community Resolve works with individuals, groups and agencies to transform local tensions and build stronger communities. We operate at every level from the grassroots to the strategic in providing mentoring, group work, training, conflict analysis and facilitation. At Community Resolve, we: equip people with the skills they need to manage the daily tensions in their lives; enable people to understand and reach out across differences in culture, age and backgrounds; assist young people to discover a sense of belonging so they know who they are and how they fit into their community; work with schools to develop their students’ leadership potential. Community Resolve was set up in Bristol in 2003 and has 20+ part-time workers from the range of local communities. We work with all age groups across the city and our services are also increasingly in demand nationally and internationally.
