Childrens Defense Alliance (CDA)
www.childrensdefensealliance.orgCHILDREN'S RESCUE ALLIANCE (CRA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its mission is three-fold: (1) To facilitate the rescue of American children who have been taken for human trafficking; (2) Education; (3) Public Policy and Advocacy. CHILDREN’S DEFENSE ALLIANCE (CDA) is the educational division of Children’s Rescue Alliance (CRA), which was developed to minimize the prominent trafficking/kidnapping atrocities. CDA's team speaks with extremely favorable feedback at national schools, churches, libraries, synagogues and organizations to educate parents/educators/clergy how to better protect their families and teach children (age-appropriate classes from age 4 years old) how to stay aware and protect themselves. ☼ We have taught over 400 classes since December 2014. ☼ In November 2015, CDA developed a national “Teen Safety Awareness” pilot program with rave reviews and continue to present (approved by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian). CDA’s exceptionally unique and time-critical educational workshops (listed below) receive incredibly positive feedback and and repeat clients. Our programs include numerous safety tips and feature our trademark Color Code of Awareness, as well as Prevention, Evasion & Self-Protection modules. ☼ “HOW TO BE YOUR OWN SUPER HERO” – Children’s Program (ages 4 to 10)* ☼ “TEEN SAFETY AWARENESS” (Ages 13+)* - Teenage Program (ages 13+) ☼ “SOCIAL MEDIA SAFETY AWARENESS” – Teenage through Adult Program (ages 13+)* ☼ “COLLEGE SAFETY AWARENESS” - College Program (ages 18+) ☼ “SAFETY AWARENESS AND PREVENTION” – Educators/Counselors/Staff/Clergy Program (for Adults) *The maturity of children ages 11 and 12 will determine workshop selection.
