Cylinder Sound is an award-winning music and audio post house, servicing the advertising, television, film and music markets. Original Music Development, Music Licensing Management, Stock Music Search and Brokering, Sound Design / Foley, Voice Casting/Voice Direction, Session Engineering / Production and Mixing 2.0 and 5.1 are a few of the service that Cylinder provides. Cylinder's 3500 square foot facility houses two production spaces, a very relaxing common area consisting of a living room, full kitchen and work bar as well as administration offices. Studio 1 is the large production room featuring audio and video integration under one roof. For audio recording, Cylinder has an SSL AWS 900+ analog mixing console combined with the latest Pro Tools HDX recording/editing system. Cylinder is capable of mixing in 5.1 or stereo. The recording floor is 15’ x 16’ and can either be VERY live or VERY dead. For offline video editing, Cylinder has a fully decked out Final Cut Pro 7 and X systems including Apple's Motion, motion graphics software on a very fast Mac Pro. Studio 2 is the secondary room, also featuring audio and video integration. Most of the same bells and whistles as studios 1 but in a smaller room. This studio is meant for individual clients and/or project development. This room can also be used as a separate iso booth to studio 1.
