FIs need to innovate their blended financing to let funds flow to EMDEs for their energy transition & other infra. projects while impacting SDGs through their multi-stakeholder focus, at the same time, innovate transition financing for the entire economy to decarbonise it and address SDGs through their multi-stakeholder focus. Also, large businesses (in turn responsible for their supply chains) in sectors like energy, cement, steel, industrialised food prod., aviation etc., need to transition for their NetZero & SDGs likewise. Both FIs and the large biz. in the real economy are struggling to embrace this change, innovate at scale, align with their sectoral netzero pathways, address SDGs, deliver direct or indirect impacts at speed & disclose their uni. ESG metrics. We need a systemic change deployed through std. Transition Plans with variations for leading FIs & Large biz. in the real economy & the regTech product CBD for the corp. and Inv. banks to address their challenges in complying with regulations, quantify risk accurately, integrate ESG aspects, agility, MIS, etc. Imagine these FIs and large biz. in the real economy solve these big challenges at the same time become sustainable for the longterm through this systemic change of Purpose, shifting mindset & culture, innovation at scale, a constant pipeline of impactful and credible projects, project gov. framework, entities’ relative focus across SDGs - their ideal, actual & targets, entities focus on their std. sectoral impact parameters their baselines & targets, uni. ESG metrics and executing all of these through the std. Transition Plans with variations for the FIs and Large biz. in the real economy and the regTech product CBD enabling Corp. & Inv.
