I work as an independent facilitator, trainer and consultant, helping groups, teams and partnerships work more effectively together to bring about lasting change. I have been facilitating and training since 1986, specializing in ICA’s Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitation methodology. What drives me is my passion and commitment to make a positive difference in the world, and to support and enable others to do so as well.
