Patriots Federal Credit Union opened in February of 1962 as the El Toro Marine Air Federal Credit Union. Originally based on the Marine Corp Air Station in El Toro, we were conceived by seven sergeant majors to help give young Marines some financial stability. We soon evolved into the Marine Air Federal Credit Union, changing to our present name of Patriots Federal Credit Union in 2003. Since our beginnings we have helped generations of members buy cars, homes and even save for retirement and their future. Through it all, we’ve stayed true to our mission of helping you, our members – because you are our credit union.
