The precious nectar was poured from the heavy stone wheels and then spread on the fiscoli that held the olive paste to return the precious golden nectar. The mill, today, has changed, in the hands of the brothers Filippo, Giovanni and Adriano Ciriello, it still produces a high quality extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted from olives harvested and pressed in a few hours thanks to an innovative extraction system and a rigorous control that safeguard the product and guarantee its goodness.
