The Center of European Projects is a state-budget unit established by the Minister of Regional Development for the purpose of supporting institutions engaged in carrying out the programs of the Cross-border Co-operation and Interregional Co-operation as part of the programs of the European Territorial Co-operation (ETC) and the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) and supporting institutions engaged in carrying out the Human Capital - Operational Program as well as entities responsible for popularizing the knowledge of the European Social Fund (ESF) with regard to innovativeness and supranational co-operation. As of 2017 the Center holds Joint Technical Secretariats for the Programmes: 2014-2020 INTERREG V-A Poland - Denmark - Germany - Lithuania - Sweden (South Baltic) Programme , 2014 - 2020 INTERREG V-A Poland - Germany / Saxony, 2014 - 2020 INTERREG V-A Poland - Slovakia, 2014 - 2020 Poland - Belarus - Ukraine ENI CBC, 2014 - 2020 Poland - Russia ENI CBC. In addition the Center acts as Intermediate body for the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014 - 2020, Measure 4.3 Transnational Cooperation. Moreover a part of the Center operates as the European Funds Central Information Point.
