Bloom is a dynamic team of facilitators, trainers, coaches and artists, accompanying organizations in their movements towards equitable systems change, participatory leadership, greater organizational health, and building cultures of belonging. Offering strategic facilitation, transformative capacity building and leadership coaching we support organizations to find ways through the complex realities they face, moving one step a time, creatively and collaboratively to new possibilities. We take a compassionate approach to facilitation by meeting people where they're at, centering their lived experiences, and moving with them, in relationship towards shared goals and visions. We work from a participatory, popular education and transformative learning model, which means that instead of prescribing solutions, we walk together, stewarding the change that is ready to emerge.
