Birthed out of the need to bring the user perspective closer to service providers, UserHubAfrica Ltd is a user-centred Lab with a focus to provide corporate and non-corporate entities with a bird’s eye view on how users or clients appraise or perceive their products and/or services through various digital platforms. The company was incorporated in Ghana as a limited liability company in 2015 to provide holistic technology services and training in user experience across different business sectors in Africa. Our key objectives are: – To introduce and manage bespoke user experience services to our clients and the users’ of their products. – To spearhead UX understanding, development and adoption in academia, research institutions and the corporate space in Africa.
