Hi everyone! My name is Klaas Lauwers. I started working as a technical consultant in the Microsoft .NET SharePoint team at Delaware Consulting (now delaware) back in 2010. The first few years, my focus was primarily on developing solutions and frameworks for Microsoft SharePoint and FAST Search, but more and more I worked towards a technical and functional architect with a broad knowledge base. I have an eye for working out quality and modular applications and I can be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from gathering customer requirements to key user training. I'm always keen to learn new technologies, a very fast learner and a huge enthusiast. Besides my technical skills, I also possess a profound set of soft skills. I'm a social and pleasant team-player and very versatile and customer-based. This translated in a lot of customer satisfaction stories and in a role as a team coach leading a medium-sized M365 consultancy team. In the last couple of years, I helped guiding customers moving gradually towards a true modern digital workplace in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. This involved mapping the existing IT landscape onto procedures, tools and best practices in a MS Teams and Power Platform-first solution.
