With the local presence in Germany, Poland, Czech Rep. , Slovakia, Hungary and with the dedicated agreements with the leading forwarding companies we deliver our services across the whole Europe. WHAT WE DO? Covering the whole area of aftersales services, we provide following: - hotline services – both specialized technical support and global product hotline services (phone, e-mail, chat, video, social channels) - RMA process handling – claims processing including: service logistics, repairs/replacements, credit processing - rework of the channel returns – picking up the products in large scale, grading & testing, refurbishing of the products, sourcing of the accessories and packaging, printing paper documentation) - on-site services for the mission critical equipment (Banking & Insurance industry, Govermental & State offices, Logistic & Production Centers, museums etc. ) - deep electronical repairs up to SMAD and BGA Level 2 & 3 with the reengineering of the OEM solutions where documentation is not available - developing of an user & technical documentation and the FAQ webpages for internet based Vendors’ services
