In 1985, a group of professionals decided to bring together their experiences to contribute to a common goal: our mission was to help companies in the Iuxury sector to achieve their aims, their goals, and their dreams. This vision materialized in the creation of what is today the only Spanish company offering global Consulting Services for Firms specialising in the so-called “Luxury Sector”: Lux Fine International. Thus, year after year, we have consolidated our position as a services company and a leader in “turnkey” solutions for companies whose business line is focused on the creation, production, distribution and sale of selective-range articles and services. The “Luxury Sector” currently needs partners who provide solutions for its business reality: its special changing and dynamic international environment businesses which are clearly differentiated from those of other companies. Our services go from Head Hunting and multidisciplinary recruitment (Retail, Marketing, operations, sales force, etc), to full management of Boutique’s new openings, visual merchandising and training (Customer care in the luxury sector, protocol, coaching, mentoring, management skills development, among others).
