Crowe Strategic Consulting (CSC) was formed in 2012 by Martha Crowe, a non-profit executive. Martha's vision is that one day the non-profit sector will be so vibrant, dynamic, intelligent, and innovative that it will be recognized as vital to our country’s well-being and draw the best and brightest talent to its workforce. Half of the 30,000 non-profit agencies formed in this country each year fail, and their long-term success rate is dismal: more than two-thirds shut down in less than five years. These failures are not due to a lack of financial resources. Non-profits fail because they lack organizational and management expertise. At CSC, our mission is to change these statistics.
