Create Balance Pilates Studios are designed to be small, intimate STOTT PILATES facilities, located in London, Ontario. We are known for high quality instruction and positive energy and would love to be part of your journey in balancing your life as you create balance within your body! We have two studios in London: one in the South end of town and one in the North. We thrive on providing you with a warm, welcoming environment where you can learn and practice the STOTT PILATES method safely and comfortably. Our STOTT PILATES certified instructors are dedicated to teaching Pilates with clear, concise cueing and instruction that enables you to achieve the best possible benefits and results of your Pilates classes and/or sessions.
