RedSwipe is a Customer Experience technology company serving small & medium size businesses. Founded to solve the problem that plagues all consumer loyalty programs: the reluctance for consumers to signup for fear of spam emails and sharing personal information. Our system enables businesses to send deals and rewards to customers without spamming, texts or intrusive advertising. We used the “Privacy-By-Design” model in our solution. Consumers identities are shielded from businesses, while it provides businesses a new platform to send consumers deals and rewards without using a “constant” stream of spam emails. It lets consumers “take back their privacy but keep their deals”. Our platform is a powerful and efficient marketing tool for businesses to reach their customers in a less invasive manner than other methods.
