Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. was founded in 1984 to manage and operate healthcare providers. In 1985 it began running Al Amal Clinic as a private dispensary in the city of Qatif as well as AlHaramain pharmacy. In 2008 the company completed the construction of AlZahra General hospital and the new pharmacy building and started operations same year. In 2017 the company structure was changed to a closed joint stock company.
