Our newly acquired wide variety of chilled desserts extend our sweet treats offering to include cheesecakes, sponge puddings and crumbles. BBF has six bakeries, five across the North of England and one in Poland, employing over 2,000 people. Each of our bakeries work hard to maintain very high quality standards (A* BRC Accreditation) and leading service levels to our customers. Our expert NPD and innovation teams enable us to develop, distribute and launch market leading cakes and desserts, while keeping the consumer at the heart of everything we do.
