SOCIAL GEAR, which started its activities as a Facebook page analytics service in 2012 when social marketing was in its infancy, acquired Facebook Marketing Partner Insight PDM in 2014. SOCIAL GEAR was awarded Insight PDM, a Facebook Marketing Partner, in 2014. Later, SOCIAL GEAR moved into the advertising business in line with Facebook's development of its advertising business and acquired Ad Tech PMD in 2016, becoming a part of transcosmos inc. In anticipation of the arrival of the chat era, we have developed our own chat service with transcosmos inc., which has strengths in call center services, and have become a development partner for Instagram message service in 2021.
