Boreal Wellness Centres provides evidence-based, specialized treatment programs for individuals with depression, anxiety and trauma. We assist individuals with becoming more resilient by enhancing and expanding their "toolkit" for coping with the challenges that come with each day, including improved self-awareness, strengthened resiliency, and improved relationships. Our goal is for Boreal's intensive integrated outpatient programs to be a catalyst for aiding our clients to become more functional in many aspects of their lives, including family, social and work. Boreal offers a comprehensive day treatment program that is an alternative to traditional residential treatment programs. We also offer an intensive outpatient program that can serve as a step-down program for those clients who have completed day treatment or it can be a stand-alone program for clients who don't require the intense programming of day treatment.
