Quartier Urbanism is a land development firm with roots dating back to 1975, when the grandfather of its Co-Founder Mr. Claudio Acyr began developing land in the eastern part of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Founded in 2012, Quartier was conceived to operate in a niche that has been neglected by the large companies in the market. Quartier focuses on the growing middle class and by offering compact lots of land with a smaller average price it makes possible for many families to purchase their first lot of land in a gated community.
