*Architecture, planning, & development of urban communities utilizing green/sustainable design approaches for redevelopment *The principals at CCDS have a diverse background with the non-profit, public & private sectors throughout the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania metropolitan areas., including: education (preschool, K-12, as well as college & university); research & development for major pharmaceutical companies: and wotk for major financial institutions. They also have experience with other governmental projects including libraries, municipal buildings, prisons, etc. as well as work for major national self-storage companies. Finally, the principals have extensive housing experience, i.e. public housing, affordable housing, and senior housing/long-term care & mixed-use development.
