(CTO) is a Maryland corporation founded in 1990, by Senior Telecommunications Engineers who have worked together in the field since 1981, and whose individual experience dates back to 1951. Our Mission is to provide the highest quality engineering, innovative consulting and comprehensive project management services to our clients. We seek to meet our clients' needs with exceptional engineering services, as well as providing analysts with experience in client operations processes to ensure all recommendations best meet our clients’ technical and operational requirements.
