Madi & Pip is a print focused label inspired by 60’s silhouettes and nostalgia. It is a playful curation of colour and texture, designed and made in Australia. What began as a project to create a wrap-around dress for her grandmother, has inspired not just a label, but a life’s passion for designer Emma Bond. ‘Upon further research, I found that generally, ready to wear women’s clothing seems to focus on either function, fashion or aesthetics.’ Consciously moving against this tide to embrace both aspects of highly wearable clothing the Gold Coast designer creates a unique blend of beautiful designs made for ease of wear for people of all abilities.
