Pal Buddhist School is Australia's first Buddhist Primary and Secondary school. We are an independent, selective, co-educational not-for-profit school for students of Years 3 to 12. Our school balances a culture of academic excellence with strong moral and humanistic values guided by the teachings of the enlightened Buddha. We believe in imparting academic knowledge and cultivating the whole individual through wisdom, morality and diligence. It is on these three pillars that our school derives its academic, cultural and spiritual principles and programs. We recognise that our school is the moral equivalent of a hospital in its service to the community. Whilst doctors treats people against illnesses, our noble teachers guide our students to freedom from illnesses and sorrow through wisdom, academic excellence and upright moral conduct. We nurture in our students a level of respect, discipline and selflessness that is rarely seen in other youth.
