During the year 2007, its name was changed to Saudi Printing & Packaging Company. 30% of its shares were brought out to the public offering during that year, with the Saudi Research & Marketing Group “SRMG” and its subsidiaries holding 70% of Saudi Printing & Packaging Company’s shares. The company features developed newspapers printing centers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The company prints a number of major newspapers such as Alsharq Al-Awsat, Al-Eqtisadiah, Al-Riyadiah, Arab News, Al-Watan and others, in addition to serial commercial publications. Additionally, the company operates in the packaging and plastic industries under it's UAE-headquartered subsidiary ENPI Group, which has factories in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
