The WICT Network Carolinas is dedicated to empowering women in media, entertainment and technology across North and South Carolina. We accomplish this through professional training and development programs, commissioning original gender research and supporting a B2B network designed to develop women at every professional stage. Open to men and women, the WICT Carolinas Chapter embraces a spirit of collaboration within its organization and throughout the industry by partnering with industry leaders to provide leadership programs and challenging these companies to create professional advancement opportunities for women on a local and global level. Originally founded in 1979, and now over 10,500 members strong, WICT is the largest and oldest professional association serving women in the cable industry.
